GridCore Systems provides a dual-interface platform for fleet management. By accessing the Field App or Command Center, you agree to these terms and all applicable Manitoba provincial regulations.
Use of the Field App requires persistent GPS background monitoring to facilitate "Live Radar" dispatching. Operators acknowledge that location data is utilized for shift tracking and payroll verification.
GridCore utilizes offline-caching technology. Users are responsible for ensuring the Cloud Sync Indicator is active before logging out or clearing device cache. GridCore is not responsible for data loss due to unauthorized device wipes or un-synced offline records.
Operators are responsible for the factual accuracy of vehicle inspections and service volumes. Intentional falsification of digital logs is grounds for immediate termination of system access.
While GridCore is built for remote use, we do not guarantee 100% real-time uptime in areas lacking cellular or satellite connectivity. Dispatchers acknowledge that "Live Radar" may experience delays until the Field App re-enters service range.
