GridCore Systems collects data necessary for remote logistics and fleet safety, including:

Geographic Location: Real-time GPS data for "Live Radar" dispatching and route optimization.
Service Logs: Digital records of water, septic, and fuel deliveries, including volumes and timestamps.
Vehicle Data: Mechanical inspection reports and engine hour logs.
Resident Priority Data: We store vulnerability indicators (e.g., Elder, Infant, or Medical status) solely to prioritize emergency service routing.

2. Data Processing & Storage

Data is processed through our "Offline-First" architecture. Information is stored locally on your mobile device and encrypted during transit to our secure cloud servers (Supabase/Firebase) once a connection is established.

3. Data Sharing

GridCore Systems does not sell, rent, or trade personal data to third parties. Data is shared only between the Field App and the Command Center for authorized administrative use.

4. Security Measures

We implement industry-standard administrative and technical safeguards. However, users are responsible for securing their individual login credentials and mobile devices.
